Said she would try and get me a corporate contact. I eventually (After several weeks of badgering them) managed to get contact over the phone with a “Product Specialist”. Take a damp cloth and give the power play mat and underside of the mouse pad a quick wipe down. It just happens over time, usually around the edges and especially where your wrist is the most.

If you're getting slipping it's probably due to build up of dust/dead skin cells between the pad and the powerplay mat. I've gotten the hard one and it's a perfect replacement. Just checked and G240 is about $19 and G440 is $26 on Amazon. Really not bad for $10, and cheaper than Amazon. I did that once, but after that I had to buy a second one after another year or so. Also if you're within one or two years (forgot how long the warranty is), just contact Logitech support and they will send you a new one for free. You might think three mousepads is a lot but my mouse pads tend to last a year to a year and a half because I game a lot and I use different mouse feet that tend to eat up my mouse pads faster (happens with all mouse pads I've owned, not just Logitech). I ordered three last year so I wouldn't have to pay for shipping.

There's free shipping if you order $30 of product. It's $10 + shipping for either the hard or soft replacement through Logitech. I tried googling everywhere to see if I could find a "powerplay" G240 specific variant from a seller than isn't Logitech but I had no luck there either. Logitech Spare parts lists the G240 seemingly as a separate variant being the "POWERPLAY G240" but I can't click more info or anything (nor can I buy it in Aus). Logitech lists the G240 specs as follows:Height: 280 mm Width: 340 mm Depth: 2 mm Weight: 90gWhen I search for the Logitech G240 as a stand alone product the specs are :Height: 280 mm Width: 340 mm Depth: 1 mm Weight: 90 gĪlmost the same but half the depth, which is what I think is the extra sticky rubber base that helps it adhere the the charging pad properly. I love this system but not having proper spare parts is incredibly dumb. Would love if anyone can give me some advice here. I've seen a Logitech G240 but that doesn't have the blue bottom underneath so I'm pretty sure I'll buy it and it'll just slip off the surface easily and I have to re-adjust it 10 times a day. A replacement mousepad of the one that comes in the box I've checked Amazon, eBay, Google, everywhere. The one that came in the box has a smooth and almost sticky rubber surface underneath which never slipped around during normal use. I just know this mousepad is going to wear out again in a few months, I'm more than happy to buy a replacement pad but Logitech don't sell it directly in Aus (and ship forwarding will cost almost as much as just buying the whole damn thing). They can't send me just the mousepad even though I said that's all I want.Īnyway problem solved right? Wrong.

I asked Logitech and being the awesome people they are they literally sent me out an entire new retail package. The cloth mousepad I got completely wore out around the edges in under a year and looks like trash now. This is easily my favourite wireless mouse ever, not ever having to plug into charge is simply awesome. I'm in Australia, I have the Logitech Powerplay Wireless Charging System (aka the charging mousepad) along with the G903.
